Record a Transfer or Assignment of Copyright RightsThe cost of recording a transfer or assignment of copyright rights is $175 ($80 plus the government filing fee of $95) for a document affecting one title. For documents that transfer the rights of more than one title, the cost varies so please talk to us about the price (the government fee is an additional $25 for up to an additional 9 title, and $25 for each up to 10 additional titles thereafter with no maximum number of titles).
