Step One: Your Information:

Please complete our form where we gather some information that we need for the copyright. If you choose to pay using PayPal below, after payment, click on the return to merchant's website link and you will be taken to the form as well.

Step Two: Our Fee:

There are several payment options available. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please click on the appropriate Copyright! button below. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send it made out to Register My Copyright to Our Address.
For a work with only one author and the author is the only owner of the work, the cost of copyrighting a work  is $98 ($63 plus the government filing fee of $35).
If there is more than one author or the author is different from the owner, the cost of copyrighting a work is $118 ($83 plus the government filing fee of $35).

By clicking on either button above or by sending us any money, you certify that you have read and understand the Disclaimer.  You will be taken to the Pay Pal site. You do not have to become a member of PayPal to make this payment (the page that you will be taken to will have a link to do this although you may have to look a little)

Step Three: Your Work:

We will need to receive a copy of the work. If your work has been published, we will need to be sent two copies of your work to Our Address. You may include an additional copy if you wish us to retain a copy for our records.

If your work has not been published or has only been published electronically, you have several options. Our preference is to receive the work electronically if possible. If paying by credit card, after payment, PayPal will send you an email on our behalf saying that payment has been received. You may reply to that email and attach your work to the email.

If you do not pay using PayPal, you may still send your work electronically. Please notify us from the Contact page so that we may respond with further directions. We are sorry for not being able to post our email address, but we do not post it because posting it results in an overwhelming amount of junk mail.

If you are not able to email the work or if you prefer not to email the work, please send one copy (two copies if your work has been published) of the work in the best edition possible to Our Address. You may include an additional copy if you wish us to retain a copy for our records. If you are mailing your payment and work, please mail them together.
